Like clockwork, our dedicated services allows a shipper that regularly moves freight on the same routes to establish a highly dependable, precise and steady flow of inbound and/or outbound shipments, with deliveries that can be scheduled in very tight windows or over long periods of time. Are you a large company like Amazon, Walmart or Home Depot; or even a small business just like us? Regardless of your size, our team will ensure that any appointment or delivery notices are met, and that drivers carrying your goods meet your delivery expectations.

Any time your freight is less than an entire truck load, our team works with our driver network to reduce your costs by moving your freight with other consolidated freight. LTL shipments tend to have slightly longer transit times, but benefit from consolidation, and reduce the cost to you. 

Hotshot services are available for a job where time is of the essence. This is a premium service, where we send an expedited truck for your needs. The driver will handle your freight exclusively and under contract to meet a specific deadline. If you’re in a pinch, or your customers are in desperate need of a product, our hotshot service is your freight solution. If your business depends on dangerous goods, we have drivers in our network with the experience and endorsements necessary to handle your product. We will prepare the appropriate bill of lading and ensure that our trucks have all the placards required for the safe transportation of your goods. When it comes to perishable and temperature sensitive goods, our drivers are dedicated to ensuring reliable and efficient transport.

As an intra/interstate carrier, Royal Roots Solutions drivers are prepared for both short and long haul trips. Our short-haul drivers are responsible for deliveries with a maximum radius between 150 and 250 miles, while our long-haul drivers drive more than 250 miles to make a single delivery or complete a route. We make sure to use the right equipment depending on the haul, optimizing equipment  for the quickest, safest, and easiest trip. For example, our short haul truckers operate smaller vehicles that are easier to operate on city roads, while long haul truckers drive tractor-trailers that carry big loads and have cabs with plenty of room to stretch out. Over the road (OTR), regional, and local trucking services are available to all of our customers.

We utilize Motive (Formerly KeepTrucking) Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) , which allows us to have advanced and streamlined GPS fleet management software. This management includes vehicle tracking solutions that are simple to use and address common pain points such as high fuel costs, worker productivity, driver safety, compliance, and asset security. This helps us to add value and ease to every load we haul for our customers and our drivers. Drivers simply log in to the mobile app, start driving, and their hours are tracked. With Motive's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant ELD software, staying compliant for us and our drivers is made easy. Motive enables us to reduce DOT inspection violations and fines with proactive alerts for truck drivers, update records of duty status (RODS) without being connected to the vehicle, forecast routine repairs and maintenance with driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIR), monitor driver behaviors with harsh driving alerts, help reduce spending using idling reports, help improve response time by viewing all trucks on a live map, monitor international fuel tax agreement (IFTA) reporting, and much more!
